All our orders are placed either through our website, mobile app or customer care.
    An order can be placed in 4 ways:
  1. Through the City Link website.
  2. Through our mobile app, available in Google Play Store
  3. Through our customer care support
  4. Through our Direct Customer Relationship Team
We have right cost for right requirement.
  1. Cost varies based on the type of vehicle chosen, distance travelled and time utilized and any other VAS requisitioned.
  2. Estimated fare is provided when the pick-up and destination are marked.
  3. Distance & time calculation (On-demand) cost is based on the City Link mobile app’s GPS based Odometer reading as per the usage.
  4. For Contract/Hybrid transaction, a pre agreed upon rate is applicable. To Know More about Tariff Plan Click Here
Nothing extra is charged out of your pockets but for extra services only!
  1. Additional cost on extra usage. ( Duration & Distance ).
  2. Toll, parking and other incidental charges.
  3. Late Night time Ride / Halt & Vehicle Holding Charges.
  4. The charges will be indicated & collected by the driver.
We provide loader buddies on-request at an additional cost.

A customer is a customer for us. There is no difference whatsoever in terms of service commitments and delivery to them!
  1. Individual customer is the one who hires the truck for domestic purposes and the goods carry has no commercial value ( refer documentation reqd).
  2. A Business customer is the one who hires the truck for commercial purposes which are either bought or sold (documentation reqd).
We expect different documents for different users which are of course mandatory.
  1. For business customers, all the consignments are to be accompanied by an invoice & e-sugam form. Please log on to http://vat.kar.nic.in, http://sugam2.kar.nic.in sites for more details.
  2. For individual customers, a self-declaration stating that the consignment is 'Not for Sale' has to be issued.
A Document exchanged between the sender and the City Link truck driver before loading the consignment.
  1. GCN is an acknowledgment document for goods received by City Link.
  2. City Link will provide GCN in the digital format.
POD is a document exchanged between the receiver and the City Link truck driver after delivery of the consignment.
  1. POD is to be signed by the receiver after consignment is received.
  2. City Link will provide POD in the digital format.
Description of the goods viz
  1. Type of material, boxes etc.
  2. Approximate weight of goods (in kgs / tons)
  3. Dimensions of shipment (L X B X H in ft.)
  4. Value of goods (in Rs.)
Presently our services are limited to Bangalore city.
  1. City Limits as understood by convention and detailed by BBMP .
  2. We intend to be a PAN India Player and we will be covering more cities and town as we roll on. Do watch for this City Link space .
We provide the lite, the heavy, the heavier but not the heaviest.
  1. We have Mini Trucks, Lite Trucks & Medium Trucks. Click here to know more “Services -> Types of Vehicles”.
  2. The maximum load bed dimension of Medium Truck is 14’ (L) X 6’ 6” (W) & Max load weight of 5.5 tons.
  3. We do not offer vehicles with more than the specified dimensions.
We inbox you the status.
  1. After the order confirmation or on successful payment of the order, an email and sms shall be sent before the reporting time.
  2. Email & SMS with details of the driver and the truck are sent.
  3. Track the status of the order by clicking on tracking options.
Our website and mobile app shall show you the way.
  1. Log in to our website & click on the tracking options to get present location of the vehicle.
  2. Also download City Link mobile apps available in Google play store.
Pay us through the easiest way you insist on.
  1. Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking / CASH.
  2. On extra usage of service, additional charges are to be paid in CASH to the driver.
  3. The confirmed excess fare (if any) is intimated through a sms, once the trip is completed.
Transit Insurance is available as a Value Added Service at an additional cost (not mandatory).

Check your mailbox or inbox!
  1. Invoice is emailed, once the trip is completed.
  2. Use My Orders option to view and print the invoice .
No Modification/rescheduling of confirmed order but we let you start fresh!
  1. Confirmed order cannot be modified. Confirmed order can be cancelled and new order be placed. Easy.No Sweat!
  2. Cancellation of any order will be done as per City Link cancellation policy.
